This was always going to be a must-read for me as I am actually studying NLP and am in Sales. Ursula is a Sales Expert and Certified Sales Coach specializing in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and this book is designed to assist clients and readers to reach their potential in both their careers and their businesses. One Great Goal tells you how to simplify everything in your life and gives you the tools to really make your goals crystal clear. Clarity is something which a lot of us struggle to attain and I found this book really useful in helping me to achieve that. One Great Goal also shows you how to tie your Soul Purpose to your goal achievement to give you further clarity on how your purpose relates to your One Great Goal and shows you just why that discovery will be critical to your on-going success in the future. I know this book will not be for everyone and some may find it slightly platitudinous, but for me it was a valuable read, written by a lady who certainly knows what she is talking about. The ‘I’ve been there and done that’ attitude is great inspiration for someone trying to push forward with their goals and I for one can certainly recommend it as a worthy read. Five stars for me for sure.

One Great Goal is a self-help book specifically focused on helping people to find and work towards achieving one large goal. It’s an ambitious focus, because so many of us have goals, yet we struggle to actually meat them. Often, we get distracted along the way or other things come up that seem more important. Ursula Mentjes does a great job with this book because she takes a challenging subject, and presents it in a way that is readable, interesting and inspiring. That’s no easy task, because many of us shy away from the idea of setting major goals and we tend to fail at actually following through on any goals we do have. Personally, I found that overall the book wasn’t a perfect fit for me and for what I need at present, which is often the case. But, even so, I found a lot of useful information within the book, and some direction into improving my life overall. I also found myself enjoying the read, which is something that rarely happens for me with self-help or motivational books. Because of that, I think this would be a great book for someone that is wanting to develop or follow an important goal in their life.  

Ursula Meintjes wrote One Great Goal to share the process that she struggled long and hard to discover. This process helped her to find the One Great Goal that put her on the path to success. If you are an Entrepreneur or a sales professional who is constantly trying to improve upon your success then One Great Goal by Ursula Meintjes is a great resource for you. In One Great Goal Meintjes will take you on a journey to finding your perfect goal that will lead you to success. She also shares her business principles as well as her personal life experiences. Meintjes will take you exercises which will help you to clarify and analyze your personal goals and lead you to clarity, simplicity, secondary goals and soul purpose. The four components of what she calls the one great goal. In this book you will be inspired to use soul, commit to your purpose, commit to finding joy and peace, use your intuition, instinct and all of your senses, and measure your goals against the purpose that you set forth for yourself. I found Meintjes writing to be engaging and her insights to be helpful. If you are looking for a new perspective you should give her book a try.
